XtendOps is looking for Bilingual Nurses to provide customer support to clients of a major law firm, particularly regarding medical claims. We offer:
Monthly gross salary of $22,000 MXN
Salary increase to $24,000 MXN after 6 months (based on performance)
2 days off

2 days off during the week
In between 8 am and 8 pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Vetting the legal claims of prospective clients
In taking medical malpractice and nursing home claims
Handle certain aspect of the legal intake process
Resolve problems and handle client’s issues professionally
Data Entry
REQUIREMENTS:
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Good computer skills
Must be passionate about helping people and the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
Highly organized with the ability to multitask, learn fast, and work in a virtual team environment while being self-sufficient and able to work with little to no supervision.
Must have excellent telephone skills and the ability to conduct conversations with empathy and professionalism while maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm with an optimistic attitude
Reliable, Punctual and dependable
